    Our mission for each film includes making the beautiful wild habitat and fish the stars of our
show. Most fly fishers think primarily of these concerns when they go fly-fishing. As we take
viewers on our filmed adventures, we believe these concerns are still primary for those of us
who love nature’s beauty and thrills. As people who love the earth and its creatures, we believe
we now must all be more actively engaged in protecting what we cherish.

  Our goal at Hooked on the Fly is to help become a nexus linking fly fishers
from all over the world to speak with one voice to help protect wild habitats and our finny friends.
As we like to say, “See it. Feel it. Pass it on.”

The Smith River Alliance (SRA) - Established in 1980 this active group provides for long-term
protection, restoration and stewardship of natural resources in the Smith River watershed. You
can make a tax-deductible contribution and be a partner in this critical work helping to protect
the habitat's wild fish, flora, and fauna. In the summers they even have fish counts that are fun for
the whole family at their ranch on the incredible river. For a description of current projects, and
